Identification of Parties & General Applicability:

This document outlines the terms and conditions under which NUMBER THIRTEEN (the “Seller”) sells products through its online store, www.numberthirteen.co.za, to customers (the “Buyer”). These terms apply to all offers made by NUMBER THIRTEEN. 

Offer and Acceptance:

By placing an order through the online store, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, even after receipt of an order confirmation.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices listed on the website are in ZAR, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is accepted through Debit/Credit cards (WooCommerce in association with Yoco) Prices are subject to change without prior notice.”

Delivery:

The Seller will ship orders within one to two business days after receiving payment. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. The Seller is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.”

Delivery Method:

The Seller reserves the right to choose the delivery method, and the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and that items can be recieved.

Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation:

The Buyer has the right to cancel an order within 24 hours placing it, provided that the goods have not been shipped. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the cancellation in writing.” 

Exclusions:

This right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as personalised products.

Return of Goods:

• Notify us in writing (email) withing 7 working days of receipt.
• Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
• Buyer covers return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Exchange due to faulty goods:

The Buyer may exchange faulty goods within 3 months of receipt. 

Please inspect your #THIRTEEN product for any signs of leaks, particularly around the seams & valves. And check for air loss. If you suspect a manufacturing issue, we’ll happily replace it at no additional cost to you.

Data Management:

The Seller may collect and process the Buyer’s personal data for the purpose of order fulfilment only.

Intellectual Property:

All content, designs, and trademarks on the website are the property of NUMBER THIRTEEN and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Buyer is not permitted to use any of this content without prior written consent.

Liability and Disclaimers:

The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. The Buyer uses the website at their own risk.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through National Consumers Commission (NNC) or Court of Law.
